Sewing Ideas for my new Sister-in-Law
I bought the leotard and made the tutu

McKenna--Halloween Bride 2007

Princess Bride, Rita Skeeter and Luna Lovegood

Suzie Snowflake
The skirts were so light and airy--I put little glittery balls at the end of each point.

Revolutionary Maidens

The Ice Princess I used almost 20 yards of tuelle for her skirt--I felt very "say yes to the dress"
Here collar was layered with irridescent sheer and a stiff liner, then curled with a curling iron.
Halloween 2009

Christmas 2008
Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice!

McKenna turns 4 and wanted to be one of the 12 Dancing Princesses (its a Barbie thing).

Paige and her garden fairies.
I made flower petal filled skirts for all the girls and delivered them with the invitations. The older girls are their "fairy guides" that showed them all thru the forest and taught them the dances that make the flowers grow. So much fun! It was a magical way to turn 8!
